CANCELLATION POLICY
Fully refundable, less a $50 admin fee per cabin, if cancelling 30 days before arrival. After that refunds based on ability to re-book. Usually not a problem, but as it can be difficult to get on island last minute (ferry and flights full) the more notice, the better.
